Malagos Petite Regina (160g)

Petite La Regina is a goat's milk cheese with a distinct "oomph," thanks to its rich goat's milk base. This small-batch cheese is carefully crafted, allowing delicate white molds to bloom under precise temperature and humidity. This process coaxes out a unique nutty flavor while preserving a luxuriously creamy interior, reminiscent of Camembert and Brie.

Ingredients: fresh goat's milk, all purpose cream, natural sea salt, cheese starters, lipase, rennet, calcium chloride dehydrate, cheese mold.

Size:  160-190g

Served on cheese platters, wonderful baked and served with a drizzle of honey, dried fruits and nuts.
