Chardonnay 

  • The Australian Diamond Hill Chardonnay presents itself with a wonderful deep golden colour. The fragrance is marked by sweet ripe flowers and green fruit. The taste is full-bodied and fills the mouth with the taste of ripe fruit. The wine is an excellent accompaniment to seafood, veal, poultry and soft, mild cheeses.

Rosè

  • Australia has perfect conditions for viticulture - a lot of sun and a suitable soil for perfectly ripe grapes every year. Diamond Hill in Southeastern Australia gets its grapes from several Australian wine regions where they ripen under the influence of the bright sunshine and harvested when the grapes are fully ripe. Has a lovely rich fruit flavor of ripe juicy berries as well as slightly spicy tones. It is a very pleasant wine with a lovely scent of fresh strawberries and summer!

Merlot

  • Diamond Hill Shiraz Merlot has a nice dark red color with violet reflections. Great scent of ripe fruit. The flavor is powerful with a spicy filling and ripe tannins from the Shiraz grape as well as softness and warmth from the Merlot grape.The wine is a good companion to red meat, spicy dishes, lamb, calf and cheese.
