TSP Bring Home the Bacon (1kg pack)
Thick cut and meaty home-cured, home-made bacon!
Ingredients: Pork belly, curing salt, ascorbic acid, MSG, sesame oil, salt and sugar.
Note: Bacon still needs curing salt to keep but ours doesn’t have a lot (you can tell because it’s not too soft)
Serving Suggestion / Cooking:
* Best if fried until crispy (some raised surfaces burnt)
* Can also be baked, microwaved and air-fried
* Important to get it crispy by cooking through and draining oil well using paper towels
* Sometimes, when it is not cooked enough using a pan (when it is soft, the thick meat becomes hard to chew), we wrap the bacon in paper towels and pop them in the microwave
Shelf Life / Storage instructions: Keep frozen. If unopened, will stay good for up to 6 months in the freezer
